Description |
These two black and white film negatives depict two inmates of the Quinte Regional Detention Centre. The two inmates, who have not been identified, are shown finishing a stone border around a flower bed in Springside park. Many inmates at the Quinte Regional Detention Centre provided free labour for the town of Napanee in return for better treatment, shorter sentences or access to town facilities. This photograph was published on page 10 of the Napanee Beaver's June 11 1975 issue. |
