Horse clippers. Two wooden clamps / handles with metal rings at each end, extending into metal rods, which meet at top of tool. At end, shears are two razor heads. Head has winged fastener holding pieces together. Tool has brown leather cover with leather strap and metal buckle, stained same color as leather. Engraved text: "Henry Boher. Ball Bearings" and a symbol of a horizontal arrow through an X. |
